How should I send my samples?
Choose the nearest laboratory from the page www.yachtsamples.com/contact-us and ensure that the sample form is complete as per the instructions found at www.yachtsamples.com/how-to-complete-sample-form .
How can I check if my sample has arrived at the laboratory?
Once your sample is received at the laboratory, it is registered into the Fluid Analysis Program and can be tracked using the HORIZON Fluid Analysis Results App.
What is the average turn-around time?
Samples other than fuel are analysed and the reports are available withing two working days and fuel samples, five working days.
How do I receive my results?
Results are available on the HORIZON Fluid Analysis Results App.
